Wellbeing Wednesdays

Wellbeing Wednesdays help to keep JOIN members mobile, active and healthy all year round. Morning sessions consist of activities such as walking, Tai Chi, Yoga and group games, to help improve everyone’s mobility, fitness and coordination.  

The sessions are always fun and geared to the ability levels of participants, ensuring activities are accessible to everyone taking part. In the afternoons the group take part in a variety of relaxation therapies to de-stress and improve mental health and emotional wellbeing.

The group always have fun with friends whilst keeping healthy and happy.
